Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your stickers remain active in Basic (free) mode. Contacts can still reach you via push notification. Paid features such as masked call and WhatsApp are paused until you reactivate a paid plan.
A masked call connects the person who found your item to you through an anonymous relay number — neither party sees the other's real phone number. The Basic plan includes 5 relay calls per month (max 60 seconds each) to cover occasional use. Higher tiers increase or remove this limit.
All paid plans are billed annually in a single payment. There is no monthly billing option — the yearly rate gives you the best value and keeps the platform simple.
Yes. Masked call, WhatsApp, and SMS quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month for every active sticker. Unused quota does not carry forward.
